Wheat Upama
Roast Cracked Wheat ( you get it in the market) Add little oil, fry vegetables ( beans, carrots, green peas, onion ) ,add little turmeric, add Cracked wheat , little bit of masala/chilli powder, salt as per taste add water and set up the pressure cooker. Remove after 3 whistles. Its ready to the eat. Even Krish just one and half year old eats this Wheat Upama !
Moong Dosa
Soak 1 cup whole green moong, 1/2 cup rice overnight. Grind it - Add chilli and salt as per taste. Make yummy dosa's serve . This is good wholesome food for kids..
