Wheat Upama
Roast Cracked Wheat ( you get it in the market) Add little oil, fry vegetables ( beans, carrots, green peas, onion ) ,add little turmeric, add Cracked wheat , little bit of masala/chilli powder, salt as per taste add water and set up the pressure cooker. Remove after 3 whistles. Its ready to the eat. Even Krish just one and half year old eats this Wheat Upama !
Moong Dosa
Soak 1 cup whole green moong, 1/2 cup rice overnight. Grind it - Add chilli and salt as per taste. Make yummy dosa's serve . This is good wholesome food for kids..

Friends ...
Saroja and Parag visited us with little Misti. It didnt feel that we had not met for close to 2-3 years. Lot of catching up and just happy being with friends! I got her Bhandi Kundi( Utensil set) . :) Hope she plays with it. Vijay and Sangeetha with Deepta earlier last month was fun too. It was good to meet old friends with addition to the family..Krish too enjoyed playing with Misti and Deepta.
